Lio just doesn't live up to what it's supposed to do anymore due to nerfs, so nuo is the only thing left, and still good at what it does (damage)

yes it's weaker

however lio still has crazy potential at mk3

also nuo is like 1 shot to any bot, the blinding is basically the only thing keeping it alive
