Atlas vs Luchador

So I’ve been debating a lot on which titan I should upgrade and use I have a lvl 90 Rook,lvl 24 Luchador,lvl 3 Bedwyr, and just recently today I got an Atlas titan for the titan data pad they gave out today, and I wanted to know which one from all those I should stick with for champions league and which ever would do good for a good while in the game

Yes, you know what you're getting with the luchador, whereas atlas nerfs are still likely.

okay then rn I have 627 platinum and my luchador is lvl 28 and i got 2 max lvl evoras and a lvl 22 veyron do i run those on it?

my take on luchador is that it's mechanically limited

mainly because mobility

you can argue that mobility isn't a deciding factor in tanks

but in real practice, mobility is pretty important

by mobility, i mean its defensive ability limits your mobility

if at any point, you're forced to play your hand, and use UD, that's a massive loss, because it makes you predictable

I use that trait all the time when dealing with luchadors

That’s one problem on why I don’t really like the Luchador cuz of its mobility I find it really hard to get around places and also getting a good angle of the enemy cuz I’m used to standing behind a wall with the rook and being able to still fire at the enemy but when it becomes to brawling with the rook it honestly kinda depends on how many other enemies are at the same spot firing at me but most of the time I get deleted,so I want something that’s not to slow very tanky and not prone to any big nerfs

Nothing is impervious but you can build the luchador to be more mobile and have healing on ability use to prolong survivability with pilot skills. If my luchador tra is charged it can survive dark light from mauler. Knowing when to jump away and when to u.d hunker down can be learned. Atlas is tough and mobile but susceptible to the shield break which is prevalent with Amit's and everything else shielded at the moment.

And if I’m being completely honest I never really understood any of the stacks that you get on the left side of the screen

I like the luchador and don't have the resources to upgrade my atlas. If atlas appeals to you, go with it, it's a great titan.

The luchador is amazing at what it does, but it can be mechanically outplayed. Though a well played luchador can win too

It’s health is legit really big asset

Just if only UD didn’t immobilize you

most of the times since lucha is so fat i just see like 5 bots all locked onto it since luchas always overextend but still that bot is crazy took a good while for everybody to kill it

in terms of the ability alone, reflector can be bypassed a few ways

my underlevelled bjorn can actually tank a full darklight sonic clip while my ability is active

can't let them charge their TRA

that's a nightmare for 30 seconds

Bjorn is the only titan that can achieve 2m drop HP, so im wary of it

they can take a 3v1 titan match
