I contacted the support twice, first time was for a refund, I wasn't getting any answers so I started sending a request every day or so, and eventually they responded but that took a long time
However, recently I contacted them for a cheater report, and since they weren't answering me (once again) I started spamming them with 1 request everyday

So yeah if you send multiple requests and threaten them to quit the game you might get a faster response as crazy as it sounds
