And also if monique is better should i start also upgrading webby or still with a level 12 kestrel, cuz the healing is op for some reason its glitched like the ult ao jun and instead of only providing one healing per stealth it provides 3 in the ability

Either can work, depends what effects you want out of the drone. Wave drone is also good for the speed while flying.
I either use kestrel or wave
