Raptor or pathfinder mk3

Should i work towards mk 3 pathfinder or raptor? Keep in mind also that my raptor has a pillot that is nearley maxed, a decent drine that is also nearly maxed while my pathfinder only has the pilot level 20 and no drone

Honestly I don't think either are worth mk3 unless you have spare resources or plan on brawling with pf.
Raptor mk3 just 25% grey dmg res which is nice, but not good enough to use 3 doritos on. It works perfectly well at mk2.12
Pf mk3 gets 5% more healing and another countersupression charge, which is really only useful if you're brawling. Most of the time, you're camping with a pf anyways so you don't need too much more defense.

If I had to choose I'd do raptor, but even with 25% Grey dmg res, it still tanks far less than any other meta tank. Lio/Nuo/Rex are really worth mk3 if you have any of them

pathfinder might live better, raptor might receive more nerfs, but it's also late stage

so it's probably safe enough
