I think I read that normal transfer to ultimate but not the other way round. Tbh I can't remember where I saw that and I don't know for sure. I guess you could test it out in a custom game and see if you get the stats icons on your screen.

Given that it didn’t change to ultimate leech when I changed the skill from one to another, then back to the same one again you would think that it still applies the bonus but it is pix so it’s hard to know 🤷♀️
