Can someone please explain the main difference between those 3 Discord’s alternative game modes and which one is the most popular/active?

(So I can decide if I will invest in such hangars).

It's run by lorishka from sage, it uses old school bits and weapons hence it's called sage retro tournament. Ninjutsu and Camelot refer to what bots and weapons are allowed.

Sage Retro is the name of the event
Camelot and Ninjutsu are divisions
Camelot centers mostly around T2 gear while Ninjutsu is T3

Join sage server then get access to retro that way if you're interested in learning more.
