highly recomend scourges and lockon skill. one of the best builds for leech, once your nuke amp charges you get ridico damage up close and super good damage even at 500m. the choice of being able to play midrange or brawling with leech is incredibly useful and takes a build up a few notches on viability.

they do. they have a damage multiplier for close range. the closer you are, the more the base damage increases
