beat it in single battle
pray he has no fredrick with burst weapons, otherwise it's hard to use both cover and applying pressure without him also benefitting from cover downtime
but yeah, the best way to approach an atlas if you're not in a mauler or any meta titan is to get a sword or another friend
indras can lasso them down
maulers can outtank and Darklight

Atlas is the ultimate support bot, it gets in your face, is fat enough to cover for its teammate, etc.
