for some reason it sometimes is insanely strong. i just played a game and did like 12 kills with it, and 5 of those were titan slayers. i fought other lvl 130 rook with lvl 25 huginn and evoras AND a devouer at the same time and somehow i just destroyed them both while still having over half of my HP left.
i can fight a luchador with three vajras up-close
and for some reason his vajras deal almost no damage to me and a single clip of my maha-vajra can destroy him

with the damage nerfs to recent meta items, your sheilds and overall hp will stay a lot more
my lvl 72 rook can pretty much survive most battles
