I would use devastator on angler

If I phaseshift I may not fully apply blastcharge on the enemy

New teth has physical shields and forcefield, I would choose hammer and cudgel for revenant since they ignore shields and blast also ignores forcefield
For angler I would choose glacier and rime, since they also ignore shields, the angler needs guns that reload even without completely emptying the ammo
