I'm stuck at 30 fps and I can't change it to 60 fps even though my phone has 90 fps in it. Why doesn't it allow me to change it

No I'm currently using the lowest graphics just to try to lessen the lag a bit

I can freely enable 60fps on others games and even 90fps, but In war robots it doesn't even let me go past 30 fps.

Tried performance mode still couldn't enable 60 fps. Tried a game and was even more laggy and fps dropped
