Never buy bots with gold , i know its infuriating when everyone says that , but trust me you will regret it , gold must be saved for pilots , and speeding up upgrades , I paid 5k gold for weyland , he's a good bot, but rn I regret it , when I really really need those 5k , u have great bots , 2 samjoks , a raptor and a typhoon, focus on those and get the extra hangar for only 1k gold , it's infinitely worth it.

My way usually i only used gold for speed up after weapon or robot exceed lvl 7. Starting upgrade for level 7 toward level 8 and above i will start burn all my gold until mk2

Level 7 and below are not worth to spend those gold saving

Plan everything wisely that's all i can say

You should build weapons from workshop

Hussar/weber will work on typhon

Samjok and raptor can use glacier+rime/devastator+scatter

Ravana is a great robot

You also need assassins , tanks and snipers, for assassins use scorpion, lynx or shenlou , for tanks fenrir , and samjok is also a great tank , for snipers crisis is the best and behemoth is second.

Understanding this logic helped me select my weapons , for unarmoured bots use burst and long range weapons that deal high damage in a short time( zeus, shocktrain , reaper , discipline, gauss , prisma ), always shoot and scoot

For tanks (fenrir , dux , samjok ) use sustained fire weps (punisher t , kirin , screamer , havoc 😉 , scatter) and so on

Discipline allow u to hit enemies behind cover , use it (put it in the top slots ) , growler deals grey damage and punisher has a higher fire rate than hazard

Actually u are free to make your own choice try weapon and robot built best with your play style

I know for now this rocket still consider one of meta and most f2p avoid using meta weapon. But to compete on higher league u need at least huge damage output weapon. Some says they can maintain using no meta weapon but i been drop alot from champion to master 3. Until i started using rocket, sonic and one ganjil one mogwan. I managed to climb back to master 2

Don't waste resource on some u not able to use and compete with others. Losing after losing the game will make u bored. Just make something that can give u full enjoyment for your self its good to ask 2nd opinion but final u have to make on your own
