Does the Fortifier unit’s shield bonuses apply for the special shields seen on Seraph, Nether, Aether, and Lynx?

No, it doesn't. Fortifiers only affect physical shields, ancile (blue) and aegis (yellow).

Nether lynx seraph and hawk have reflector style shields which fortifiers don't do anything for.

Sure, yeah I know, just meant it's like a hawk reflector in that it's not helped by fortifier module though reduces damage for lynx etc

There is a special name called forcefield

Reflector exists for a time-being, forcefield exists in hp, reducing incoming dmg to an extent until it gets broken, which makes it reduce less dmg

And it resets every ability usage (aether, seraph), or over time (lynx, nether)
