Should I get Sonic Bomb Cannon or Lock Down Blast Cannon on my Mute?

I'm looking for opinions as I'm not sure if the lockdown effect of the laser is worth more than the almost double damage the Sonic Bomb provides

For mute i would go for lockdown for the full-on debuffs

Sonic bomb cannon is hard to get and you can save it for a newer mothership

the frederick fs, the frederick depends on the 2 support turrets it can equip

people put the sonic bomb cannon on it all the time cuz it also have 1 attack turret slot
