It could be like a section in clan stations where you'll have to pay thorium, and have to upgrade it in order to push bigger trades through... Like at the beggining you can exchange only up to 500 au worth of resources, and only grey equipment... Also, there's an option to be able to trade only equipment available in workshop...

Nah I think there should be a level limit like a player who is on 25 level can trade but not below 25 level.
