I'm F2P and I'm building bulwark in workshop, is it good for current meta, I also have problems with T4 robots

It's not very good, but I actually still run one in my Sniper hangar and it does okay.
Still though you're better off going for something a bit stronger.

do what u want ig the whole point of having so many different robots weapons and pilots is that u can play according to ur playstyle
if u want a meta build then u gotta follow the meta, and bulwark isnt meta

Bulwark was really fun when it came out. Constant shield swaps with 2x Glory or Ember made it amazing.

bulwark is too slow, the physical shield runs out quickly, the energy shield only regenerates in one mode iirc. Even Manni was stating that the bulwark is no good to run.
