Or should i upgrade vajras first or the titan itself

The main ways you way you want to use transendence is to avoid one shot weapons,use when blinded or any other effect. You should also use it if you think your opponent is at full ammo or half it's good against vajras. Don't use it to ignore attacks like hurricane even Mk3 just find cover. It's good on several titans including ones with on shot weapons or AOE abilities

Vajra first, vipassana (phase shift ability) will tank the dmg for you, better to run maxed guns on tin foil armor than small pistols on a maxed titan

1 Use for dodge one clip damage (tonans,fulgur,vendicator,acid shotgun,reaper etc.) use with mind don't use when enemy recoil
2 Use for run behind a building for white enemy ability (conder fly,dux,luchador ability,maler hand etc.) you can use lasso at same time.
3 use for faster speed and catch up robots behind building or make less a distance
4 advice always save one charge for emergency situation

Losso use when take a bit damage because it heals 17% in 1s (on 150) and it a little bit slowdown enemy
Range 250m
But after you can run 350m if distans more ability broken (past shift also broke it)
Ability hit health only past shift and 350m+ range can safe enemy from demage
You can use lasso agents invisible enemy if they front of you
