Bedwyr is probably on the same level as Indra, it doesn't need a nerf. After Mauler nerf, it'll be the tankiest titan in terms of raw HP and DP. The shield is fine because you can facehug it with a Lucha or something. It's pretty slow too and has no movement abilities.
