when u active the ability the enemy has to be under a certain amount of health which u can see what is it on their health bar. if an enemy is below that amount of health, the execute gun can instantly kill them

At MK I
Executes any robot at/under 15% hp
Executes any titan at/under 10% hp
At MK II
Executes any robot at/under 20% hp
Executes any titan at/under 13% hp
At MK III
Executes any robot at/under 25% hp
Executes any titan at/under 15% hp

it can instantly kill any target as long as it satisfies these conditions:

It does not hit a physical shield or energy shield, or simply put, it hits the target
the target is under a percentage of their maximum health (i think it's 25% for bots and 15% for titans at mk3)
