If you can get a luchador, they survive much better in champ. Rooks shields are too weak to withstand any higher leagues for very long.

By the way, what is the total hp of all the rook's shields?

Why are the shields weak if their total hp is much greater than hp of the titan itself, and new shields grow back

Because they have no defence points of their own and some weapons will hit the titan without breaking the shield
