Is raptor good without grey healing mothership

If I don't have a mothership to heal grey HP and I don't have a Hawkeye is raptor still super tanky? I'll use 2x aramis and either Athos or screamer. The raptor will be mk3 with probably level 50 or 60 pilot

I'll probably have worse pilot skills and might not make the raptor mk3 but I'll get a good avalon

I have 5k comps from clan shipyard and I'll get however many I need to get the charge speed maxed out
