I’m fp2, so should I upgrade Dagon to mk2, or is there a nerf coming?

Well, really, you can never tell with Pixonic. It’s all a guessing game. It’s your personal choice whether you want to trust pixonic and upgrade it, or you don’t trust pixonic and don’t upgrade it. Cause you never know when a nerf will happen.

Well I think you should since Dagon is pretty good especially with six weapon slots which makes it does high damage. Tho we can never be sure on weather or not pixonic will nerf it

Dagon isn’t really that good right now, and it was literally just nerfed in the last rebalance. I don’t think you need to be worried about any potential nerf. However, I still don’t like to recommend dagon for f2p players for one reason: the hard points

Dagon has 6 light weapons, meaning you need to upgrade 7 things to use it compared to something like a ravana, where you only need to upgrade 4 things

If you really are set on using dagon though, make sure to get the daredevil skill on it, and don’t use the normal dagon pilot, as it isn’t that great

dagon probably wont be nerfed anymore. it received a significant nerf last balance, and its already been out for some time

i would not personally recommend dagon to f2p players because of the amount of things you need to upgrade for it like sev said above. however if this is not a problem, the dagon will always promise significant firepower having 6 light weapons. personally i wouldnt though, its too fragile

for pilot just go adrian, too many shield breaker/high dps that the aegis isnt all that great

Upgrade it, 6 weapons is extremely powerful so just short of reducing all the stats loads, it’ll stay useable and honestly I wouldn’t expect any big nerfs or buffs coming for it in the near future

One of the big problems with f2p is that the players don't usually stay commited to one robot - they upgrade it as much as they can, like lets say level 10, and then they get their hand on a new toy, and ditch the old robot, upgrading it from scratch when they barely had resources in the first place. I think that they should commit and upgrade what robots they like to max, rather than jumping ship over and over again

Good thing you gave up hurricanes they suck lol, I meant that you can commit to a decent robot like fenrir, mk3 it and use it for years, fenrir was good in 2020, and it's still pretty good, still hard to kill, but its not that great in the current damage meta - doesn't stop it from being a solid option thats easy to acquire

Don’t upgrade the dagon, it’s very expensive as you need 6 separate weapons for it. Unless you’re in a lower league I wouldn’t recommend it as it dies quite easily in higher leagues due to the shield being broken easily and unstable conduit/ shield breaker. Overall i’d say dagon is a decent robot but struggles in higher league games. It’s very pricey to upgrade bc if you upgrade the robot then you will also need 6 other weapons to upgrade and put in the robot, leading to it cost hundreds of millions of silver and a high amount of gold!
