the webstore, on official war robots website
you get 500 thorium and 50Dpoints, Dpoints are not dgems, you get dpoints by spending on the webstore while being logged into the webstore, general rule is 10 points per 1$, can redeem items on the webstore with your collected Dpoints. dgems are ingame currency

You're confusing two similar currencies. D-gems are in-game currencies equivalent to 0.01 USD per D-gem. The D-points on the website aren't an actual in-game currency, but a point/reward system on the webshop for frequent spenders. The more items you buy on the webshop, the more points you save up, allowing you to eventually get other offers with your points.
