I do not have the news displayed in the menu with the envelope. Any idea how to restore ? Because of that bug i did not get the associated rewards (500 thorium then pink pad). I tried suppress and reinstall app data (i am on android) but it didn't work. Any idea? Thanks

I've got the same problem, ive got some news but missing the reward ones, contacting support would be ideal you can go through with it after accessing support on their website, ive done so im awaiting their reply

I opened a ticket. It remains opens during all the event with only one answer from Pixo asking me to update the status of required. The request status has now changed to "hold".
I'll be surprise to get a positive answer.

Hey ! hoping for a good result ! i emailed them directly so i hope they can do something about this, had a few members in my clan with the same issue, very disappointing if they cant do something
