It will probably be deleted by moderators, but I would like it to be different. I explained the third thread at the bottom - just in case if any mod decides to read only part of that post.

  1. Fix the lags that occur in squad vs squad battles for 10 months. The game at the highest level is unplayable at the moment, and I say this after talking to about 20 people or more.

  2. Fix the hacker problem. (I'm not calling anyone out because I can't do that here, but we know that this problem is beyond ridiculous, and sometimes it takes half a year to ban a hacker.) instead of getting weekly bans, hackers should get a month ban and, if they violate the rules again, a permanent ban

3.Fix the Mauler pilot "rust" effect, which affects the robot despite Avalon's immunity.

Also, I would like to point out the importance of it, as Mauler is already the best Titan and is 10 times stronger than everything else. (I know it, I played it at max level.) In addition, this completely prevents players from healing since the beginning of the update.

These are completely known problems for Pixonic, because I have reported them hundreds of times. However, perhaps communication is at a very low level in their tech support. I don't really know. Players been reporting lag issue for over half year and nothing should clarify not taking quick action.

if any mod says that the post or threat 3 violates the rules because I could mention bug when it shouldn't be reported here, I'll explain - we as players have no idea if it's intentional thing or not. that's the question and it should stay here in my opinion. there is no aggression in the post and I politely suggest that this should be addressed as we know about the existence of these problems. as for the first one, I want players to pay attention to it, because of this lag, fewer and fewer people play in the squad and those who do will meet randoms in most of the cases.

i was in a meta squad yesterday fighting another squad, good close match... until our entire squad lagged out and crashed

I have about 5 ping, game in squad has a 10 second delay and the robot animations keeps teleporting. i have been playing like that for 10 months and it got pretty annoying.

I hope they fix it. There is aalso a bug where you are kicked automaticallyfrom the squad and send back to your hanger.

Give them a break. They have no time to think of ways how to improve the game. Too busy coming up with ways to milk as much money as possible out of players.

I strongly urge Pixonic to implement a clear and stringent "Single Warning Statement" policy, akin to the approach used by GTA Online.

First Offense:
Upon detection, an immediate suspension should be enforced without exception. The nature of the offense, including the specific cheating software used, must be clearly stated when the player opens the app. This notification should provide details about what the software does and how it was installed. The severity of the suspension should correspond to the type of hack.

Recommended Suspensions:

  1. Obvious Hackers (frequently reported): 1 to 2 months.
  2. Discreet Hackers (attempt to conceal their actions): 3 to 5 months.
  3. Undetected Hackers (not previously reported but observed by Pixonic): 1 year.

Following this warning, the player should receive a unique emblem or tag. This symbol, strange yet significant, should signify one message: "This is my second chance."

Conclusion of the Single Warning Statement:
After the first warning, any further violation should result in a permanent ban, without exceptions.

I have zero tolerance for hackers, particularly those who invest money to attain top-tier league positions while covertly engaging in hacking. My experience in the 100 Legend League, where I inadvertently befriended several such players, has shown me the extent of this issue. These players often only disclose their actions privately, undermining the integrity of fair competition.
