So the new gift marathon is great, because you can get double rewards right? WRONG on my PC account I got double but for my phone account, I tried redeeming it, and it didn't work. Is it because I redeemed the in game one first? But it also said in web shop failed to do it or already sent it. BUT I only have one still and I'm disappointed. 😦 cans someone tell a mod Abt this or smt? I can show them with pictures/ screen record on call.

I switch between two accounts on my phone. If I try to get the free thorium between both accounts on the same browser, I will get an error message or a continual loading screen. If I switch to private browsing I am able to bypass that error message for my other account. I say that to say, clear your cache/cookies or try a private browser.

Use incognito tabs if youre claiming for different accounts, the webstore is a lil buggy so u gotta clear cache (But I just use incognito)

If it directly shows u the red error message, then that means u either claimed it into the account already or someone else did it for you... If u didnt claim it then u wouldnt be seeing the red error message
