The hint was "Who is Novalight" and one more clue given by a PC "Answer is in the Pilot Bio" Since yesterday everyone kept thinking it was the lore which matched with other pilots and everyone was confused which Pilot Bio as it was not mentioned which pilot. Also they didn't mentioned what the format of the code was.

So I stopped thinking about everything and took the words as it is "Who is Nova Light?" That is how I got my answers. The first one was "bigshot" which I first thought was "big shot in the corporation". But cutting-shutting the words gave me bigshot as answer. So started finding pattern and found out "espionageenthusiast" removed the space between. Similarly "majorshareholder" had to remove yan-di from middle. And the last one was "hologramofacutegirl" had to f..k... remove "s" from hologram. All from the wikipage of nova light.
