Redeemers are much better. Longer effective range, faster projectile speed, faster reload, etc.. all these complements lynx's speed and ability. Devastators are alright but an issue with sonics is hitting mobile bots at a distance, its range is often less than 200m because fast bots would be able to avoid your shots at 200m

Devastator has good dmg but the reload is kinda meh, in a brawl you'll miss some shots + have to struggle with reload

Nuh uh, reload is too slow and projectile speed makes hitting small, mobile bots difficult. Redeemer is my love- maximum damage even at 350m and extremely fast projectile speed with zero spread that bypasses energy shields and hits hard 🫶 (Redeemer propaganda)

The cooldown on lynx's ability isn't long enough for sonics to fully recharge, and the main problem I found on sonics was the accuracy of shots, it misses quite a bit at a distance on faster robots, which just puts u at a disadvantage. Redeemers make up for this deficit and has a better reload cycle that works better with lynx's ability, and also way more accuracy and range

Agreeable, but why would you limit your firepower to something less than what it could be? Both devastator and redeemer are valid options for lynx, just that I don't really see an aspect in which devastator is superior to lynx, apart from the dmg/shot (In which redeemer is still better for overall dps). So using devastator is sort of just limiting yourself to worse equipment. Range, projectile speed, reload cycle, etc etc are all in favor of redeemer.

But again, its up to personal playstyle and preference, but an objective comparison of both weapons places redeemer in a superior position

Redeemrs are currently superior due to the set short reload and longer range. They also have much better mothership charge.

Motherships charge are pretty slow overall you can only charge fast ms with kills/beacons overall

Ms charge on those kinda weapons are pretty slow nonetheless, the main benefit being range and reload cycle tbh

Yes, but Sonics have nonexistent MS charge. The charge on Redeemers with a maxed starbase is pretty good.
