new player questions about production and clan

Hi I am pretty new and recently unlocked them both. I have 2 questions.

1. For production, what should I aim to create for now? A weapon or a bot? Which one? Also 1 day or 3 days?

2. For clans, I should get daily keys as rewards but when I claim resources I dont get them, why?

even if you have a non meta bot but good new weapons you will win battles

i say Make hazard, redeemer, blight , decay, mace , cudgel, hammer

these are the most used weapons

about the clan thing I guess you need to donate thorium to the clan and then get the keys as rewards

save up for gold chests

only open when the days are for 200% boost

watch ads get the free resources

also don't upgrade kid more than level 15

The key is timing your resources
upgrade titan pilots and save up the currency for leaderboards day for it, same goes for drones, robots, robot pilots, blue data pads, red data pads , weapon upgrades

If youre f2p, always wait for 40% or higher discounts for robot upgrades. When mk2ing a bot, the cost for mk2ing using gold is also reduced by 40%, so always wait for it. It helps you maximize your resources

Go for maces and hammer in workshop, theyre the best f2p setup for him.
Also, tulumbas and other rocket-salvo like weapons arent great to use along with your light weapons on griffin, I'd personally run Punisher T's for now.

hmmmmm i shall do that but another small question, on my bulwark, i have a flux(blue weapon) and zues. I have another flux and im wondering if i should use that instead of zues or if zues is better?

Zeus does more damage, but has half the range of flux. It depends on what levels you have them both at, but flux is a dps weapon whereas zeus is more of a burst weapon. Personally, I'd run zeus as it has much higher burst dps. But you'll want to replace this in the future with better weapons since both flux and zeus aren't the best. Otherwise, u could run zeus on falcon's middle slot and flux on bulwark.

That is terrible advice. The workshop is one of the only ways for completely f2p players to be guaranteed an item of their choice. Black market chests are faster but you can't select what u get. Builds function optimally only when the weapons work synergistically, so the workshop is still very handy. Once you unlock all slots, the time taken per item is still somewhat manageable.

You act as if production is an instant conversion of silver to components. It doesn't work like that. In fact, you gain more silver than the silver you lose out on by unlocking the slots (Silver reward for unlocking workshop slots). In addition, workshop takes time to produce. In that timeframe, you can do matches and gain back the silver easily. Ontop of that, you don't need to produce components everyday. You can save if you'd like, or if you're low on silver. Regardless, the workshop is useful for f2p players.

if you have 2 slots in the workshop and assuming you take breaks in between it will take you about 1 and half months

Currently bsg and rads should be in ws productions. Save gold to open all slots before anything. Use thunder punishers till u build up the sets of weaps u want. Win bots in giveaways/events/bm. After slots, nuc amps and pilots

For bots to build i would recommend fenrir (assuming you have Bernadette wolf), typhon, or skyros (assuming you have theseus) other options to build are ravana which takes skill to use.

Weapons to build include bsgs( mace hammer cudgel)
Rads( hazard blight decay)
Sonics( scatter havoc devastater)

As for which option between 1 day and 3 day never do 3 day it's a complete waste.

As for your question about getting keys from your clan it could be that it's not active.

For your current bots do not use pin or tulumbas, use punisher T instead as it is a solid weapon to level until you get better gear.

I would also recommend obtaining 5k gold to open a 5th hanger slot

Sorry I'm late to the party, was on a road trip , if I have anything to what's already been said, it's that you can use ws to build either cudgel for something like a khepri which I used for a very long time, or decay, hazard, blight, which could go on a siren or harpy , fenrir with blast shotguns is good as the peeps above have said. You can go to the silver Black Market chest to get your needed for the appropriate build

This is also a good build to use, arnav poe is the preferred pilot

Gold chests are the one on the far right, the ones that take 1000 keys to open. The one that fills up when you open other chests is known as the superchest. The superchest contain titans, etc, while the gold chest holds more bot-related weapons or bots themselves.

I'd change those Molot T's on griffin for punisher T's, move zeus to centre slot of falcon and use 2x flux on bulwark as you've mentioned earlier, and probably change splinter and spiral to punishers on Vityaz (as its not great for brawling). Otherwise, keep splinter, change spiral to punisher and flux to thunder.

Ideally, you'd want to replace vityaz with another bot. You might want to consider getting Leo for 1.7m silver, as its quite a good brawler for its cost

Silver chest, gold chest or the training centre

In summary:

You get them mainly through silver black market chest (Once you've unlocked them), or the pilot training centre (Button on the left of your hangar which looks like a helmet). You should have them unlocked if you can see them in the silver chest rewards, or if u can see the training centre icon. They require gold to be hired from the training centre. You always want to go for legendary pilots which are specialized to a particular bot that u have. In this case, you'd want to wait for Bernadette Wolf in the training centre (Fenrir's pilot)

I think you need to be around level 23 to unlock them. Honestly, not too sure, someone else can probably confirm. Don't worry tho, the moment you unlock it, a big screen will pop up and introduce you to the concept of pilots, so don't worry about missing it :)
