every time it uses the ability it hits the enemy with emp, from my experience, need 2 ability hits to apply effect, though that might be because mine is lvl 1, I cant find duration of emp, probably the same as all other emp effects

5 charges, 3 seconds, 15 seconds of stealth

If you use them consecutively after the stealth ends then it will charge another 3 seconds, giving you time to charge another 3 seconds, and repeat

12 seconds is not that much against most bots. and if you use all charges you are extremely vulnerable. so its not overpowered

Bro even if I use a MK3 nether with the Tesla weapons also MK3 with all good modules and pilot skills I would instantly die cuz of shenlou tank robots snipers even hurricane

tanks are easy

just go in, shoot from behind for 3-4 seconds, and go back out

also you should use it against vulnarable bots

i've found that nether is kinda like shenlou, because it can easily prey on weak robots that are supporting enemy like scorpion

Not a proper counter when nether can dash away from zaps

Lynx takes time to change directions so zaps still work on it

But nether is a burst of speed in a direction, which makes it difficult for ocho-zaps to keep up
