It happens once in a while, I'll have the smallest portion left to charge my titan but doesn't move that less than a millimeter to call my titan, then one day I had lost all my bots very early in the game, but somehow my titan kept slowing changing, I have no idea how it happened or why it doesn't always happen. What triggered the change? Is there a kill limit I must reach?

Whenever your bots get destroyed, the meter charges ever so slightly, sometimes, it's enough to fill it the rest of the way.

If you lose all your bots and didn't filled the bar, the game will fill 25% of the meter
If the meter reaches 100% you can deploy your titan with no problems
