Buff/revert orochis nerf

Orochi is pretty awful for a T4 look at something like lynx, its better in almost everyway other then the 2 charges orochi has.
I suggest a cd buff or a pilot to make it a usable robot in the current meta.

but requires a lot of skill

doesnt look like a good idea

imagine a seeker completely making it look like a destrier with 2 heavys
