#hurricane balance

So if a robot has 4 mounted hurricanes and fires 16 rounds, 20% of their HP will be deducted as a side effect of the hurricane weapon. This adds an element of risk and strategy to using hurricanes in battles, as players must consider their HP and the potential consequences of using these powerful weapons.
So it's a big no!
It can literally reach the enemy spawn early game. The chinese hurricane bots are already bad enough. To make things worse which they were already are, these can be upgraded to mk2 and 3, increasing the damage to an unholy amount.
I thought this game is supposed to be fun and immersive, not " i'll stay in this spot for the rest of my life while i kill everyone with this totally not overpowered weapon i just recently brought from the market"
Besides it perfectly fits the "with great power comes with great responsibility" stuff
Your solution for this is to make a weapon literally unusable
Thats not a balanced solution
Well you can still use it during a battle, but not for long. Choose your target wisely, then shoot.
I just dont like on how these chinese hurricane bots just spam missiles early game, like this
If its really a problem just get out of their line of site or kill them
My suggestion for a nerf would be 1100 range -> 800 and a slightly lower projectile speed
500m range and a longer reload time will do
No, we’re not ruining a weapons because of tankers
Im starting to think that you are using hurricanes as your main...
Projectile speed should be lowered significantly so players can see it coming, but it could still be viable
They already deal enough damage to kill a fenrir in seconds, especially the mk2's
Noway a bronze suspecting of their superiors
Speed is fine, like you can act when you hear or see it
Personally I don't mind these weapons. But think about how it is for the lower league players, with slower bots, who have to deal with the tankers/farmers. Lowering the speed would help them without ruining the weapon's main purpose, which is suppression.
Im starting to think you dont know anything about balancing
Nuh uh
