I wouldn't say so. There are better deals that can come in the special shop, if you choose to wait. Just recently there was a Shai drone+a couple hundred microchips, and two Evoras+3k memorium

If you don't want to wait for those, imo the deals for one MK2 tier 4 weapon or two MK2 tier 3 weapons are fine

Not honestly sure about the specific deals in the special shop. They change 1-2 of them every week or so, I think.

i mean 9k keys are nice, but the chances of getting an evora are super slim

Your options, both in order of most impactful to least impactful as well as most time needed to least time needed, are:
-Wait for a special offer, getting you an otherwise extremely difficult to get drone/titan weapon and some much needed microchips or memorium,
-Wait for a pair of MK2 Tier 3 weapons that are somewhat viable, such as flamethrowers, hussars, or energy shotguns,
-Pick up a MK2 Tier 4 weapon in the shop that best fits your current bots, such as a MK2 Hazard,
-Pick up a pile of resources from the shop that you need most, which are probably memorium, platinum, or microchips.
