Help me with an error

There isn’t much you can do other than quit WR app, clear your cache, and reboot your device. Or to try on another device.

Your account is still there. You just can’t connect to the game servers. Try what I suggested above

Also if you are on WiFi, try switching to data, if on a phone

All you can do then is keep trying to get into the game. You could try using a VPN, and switch the region you are in to somewhere else, so that you can connect to a different WR server

There are free ad supported ones. That’s what I use. If you are worried about security or privacy, don’t do any banking with one. You are only trying to play a game right now. No one is going to try to steal your WR account

You don’t have ad supported ones in Lithuania? It might be a privacy thing. Europe is more restrictive about those kinds of things

What is your WR account ID? You may have just lost connection with it, like a lot of players with this current update. Some have said they got it back

I’m assuming this is your account. It still exists. You just need to reconnect with the account. I don’t know what the fix is, as no one has explained how they got their account back. Try submitting a report to Pixonic via email. I don’t have the email address. But do a search for it. Someone posted it on the server, but you might be able to find it on Google.

Hey all i could do is talk to the bot and it recomended taht i would delete all of my registry. but is that ok? because when i tried to do it it gave me a warning which said "this may cause data loss permenantly" so should i do it??

Registry of your computer? Or are you talking about this on War Robots?

You’ve skipped some information. Are you in War Robots now and communicating with Pixonic thru the game? If, so I’m assuming you are in a brand new WR account. Deleting the new account will only delete the WR account you are in, not the lost one

The registry is a Windows thing.
It's where programs can store information.

All they have to do is delete this entry:

It's what tells the game which account to load.

Their old WR account has nothing to do with their PC, it’s backed up on Pixonic server. so it would seem if they deleted WR and the registry related to it. Then reinstalled it. Reconnect to Steam, then it ask if they wanted to reload the old account

thay didnt give me another one. it just tells me its an internet problem and it cant load my hangar.

my friend had the same error and he tried some things about his ip and it seemed to work

Say, you have two Steam accounts on the same PC.
You can only load one of the two WR profiles, loading the other one causes an error. When you delete that entry in the registry, you can now load the second account, but not the first. That's because WR looks in the registry to find the account. Yes, the data is stored on Pixonic's servers, but it needs to know which of those hangars to load. That's where the registry comes in.

By the way this problem is fixed easily for me atleast. For example lets say I have an account called Gold and an account called Silver then when I launch the game it doesnt know which account to load. But you just need to launch the game from that account. If I log into the Gold account and press launch from steam then its going to load the Gold account. If I log into the Silver account and press launch its going to load the Silver account.

I deleted the registry and now it shows me this error

I am on Pc Steam and on Ethernet I tried normal Wi-Fi aswell, but theres still this error
