You have more than enough to get to and thru masters. You have to adjust your game play. And most of level up the weapons. Stop leveling up the robots

Which ever ones you enjoy playing the most.

Are you online a lot? If you don’t have an upgrade discount right now, I would do the lowest level ones first. That way you keep upgrades going, but spend the least amount of silver. If you aren’t online a lot, I would time it so an upgrade ends around or before when you will be online again. That way you are always upgrading something. Using resources wisely is very important, but so is time.
