My problem is that I spent a lot of money on the game. And I can't reload my old profile. I also wrote to support about this.😔

If I understand correctly, do I have to start all over again? I lost everything....Then this game is just a waste of money...

I’m not completely sure but for me and others I’ve seen do something like for me I’m waiting for support but there is a video about it

If the WR account that is on Android is still in existence, and you still have access to that Android account, you should still be able to get it back. I haven’t seen anything posted as to why players lost their WR account. What exactly this bug is. But all the Android and iOS WR accounts I looked at are still online, and I could see their hangars, so the accounts weren’t deleted , and still have all the stuff. It is curious all these lost accounts, and the timing of the new message about making sure your accounts are backed up to your platforms app stores. All you can do is wait. I wouldn’t send a message everyday, as I’m sure they’re bombarded with them. But stay in touch to keep the ticket alive. And if it closes, then just send a new one. Unfortunately you can’t transfer accounts to other platforms or to a new account on the same platform. WR accounts are locked to what ever account they were made with
