It is little complicated. Let me explain this:
I got green alphabet letters by reducing the number to one digit. Example: 323; 3+2+3=8 (H).
Got blue letters from online tools. It gave me two value. The above valye counts a as 0, and the below value counts a as 1.
Blue letter are above the geez letters expect one (979) which is in left. Green letter are below expect one (159) which is in left.

The numbers came from the breakout of the symbols (Ge'ez). Look up towards the top. I had one mistake and that was 846 (I had 848). The sequence is PI. That is where the (1), (2), (3), and so come from.
The grid pattern also came from the layout of the symbols.
