Depends, mender isn't that good yet I'm able to use it quite fairly good or decently good
It's all about skills.. or money.. depends
Play Test Server, find some workshop robots to test if you like it or not,
People might recommend something that doesn't fit your playstyle

you can get these in leaderboards mostly, but needs a LOT of luck to get these legendary prizes
pix also gives some data pads and maybe golden ones, but it isnt recommended to wait for these

The things in the pads cost money, and it isn’t even guaranteed. And even if/when you get it, it’s likely to get nerfed ~4 months after it is released.
