Lost my war robots account

I lost my war robots account back in 2022 along with my phone. I did not connect with a Google account back then, and I really need help recovering that account. Please help 😭

I think you wont get any help in here.. you will have to contact war robots support via email and give them details about your account, acc ID, hangar .. idk if is possible but worth to try

You have to contact Pixonic either thru a new WR account, or thru email. But Without your WR account being backed up, they would have attach your WR account to your google account. Do you even have your old WR account ID#? Without it, they aren’t doing anything for you. And even if you have it, they might not be willing to or are able to do it anymore. They were able to do it for me on iOS, back in 2017. It took over a month. We were on the old version of the game back then.

Yeah i do I have my ID, I do remember my hanger too. But sadly it was not connected to a Google account. If it took over a month for u, I can expect a delay in their reply ig

No. They will reply right away. But it took over a month for someone to attach it to a new Game Center account

I don’t know if they can still do it, or are willing to do it

I was eternally grateful to that customer service rep Marco, who helped me out. We were in touch every week the whole time.
Now, it’s not such a big deal, as it’s fairly easy to win usable stuff. But I would’ve lost some of the old stuff they don’t have anymore like the Boa and Golem. I’m a collector, so I want one of everything, even if I don’t use it for a couple years

You just need your WR ID#, and the email address of the App Store account you are trying to back up to. In my case it’s my Game Center account because I’m on iOS.

Your on Android so it’s your email address you use for the Google Play store

They said they do know their ID#. Pixonic has it on their servers. They need the ID # to find the WR account. The account wasn’t deleted.

Backing up to an App Store is only for the benefit of the player to load the WR account again quickly. I can delete the WR app as many times as I want. Download it again, and be able to load my old account, instead of making a new WR account

The id approximately when u lost the account and some of the hangar slots

If u have screenshots or a video of u using the account it might help too

I created another account and from that i was able to search up my username and get my ID
