Need help with Web Page Verify

Found my old patsafecard while cleaning, i have ios so i cant buy anything with it through app store, i wanted to see if i can pay with it in web store but i cant wven sign in, i have nice offer for keys and credits which i need but they are only avilable for about 11h

It says nothing, when i signed up they said i will recive email with veryfication steps in few minutes. Its been a hour and a half since i signed up and still nothing. Even sign in doesnt do anything

i think it didn't get through to them or somethin try to sign up again. that might fix it.

it's just realy odd that it didn't send the verifaction thing. so besides that i can't think of what it could possibly be then.
