i would use thunders until you get a stake or the cruel bane. the cruel bane you should get for free with the daily stuff

Unless you are in legend league, Stakes are not trash. I’ve been using them on a Lynx for the past couple weeks. Works perfectly fine against everything except Ochokochi, and a rolling Skyros.

if you upgrade them past mk2 they're decent

If it’s worse than thunder at low level how come it is better at high level?
