Does the pilot skill "Bounty Hunter" (destroying an enemy robot gives you increased damage for 5 seconds) applyin extermination? so every spider i destroy, do i get that extra damage EVERY time? or should i just use Gunsmith?

It stacks. However, each stack depletes from the time you get it. So you can get multiple stacks, but you may only have that many stacks for a moment before you're at a lesser amount

Each one has its own individual timer, decreasing 5 seconds from the time you get it.

No cooldown, you get one stack on every kill that lasts for 5 seconds. Getting more kills doesn't refresh the timer on the existing ones, but things like Seraph can get really high damage for a brief moment
