I don't get why the blinding effect has a 5 second immunity cooldown instead of 10 seconds commonly found in the other effects. It should be matching uniformly with the other effect cooldowns. Rust shouldn't be kept with transcendence ability being used or phase shift being used; all effects should be removed from anyone using phase shift or transcendence ability.

The new rust weps seem like they'll become the new best 600m ranged weps. I feel like rust will eventually become a bit more common to find.

Besides that, i don't think that bots using phase shift or transcendence should suffer from rust, as it should make the bots void of all effects (i can understand how blinding should still affect bots with phase shift/transcendence).
Rust can be applied fairly quick to an enemy (well at least with the new weps), so it shouldn't be too big a deal to remove it with phase shift or transcendence; u can still apply the effect afterwards.

imo its just more of a general balancing thing that i would like to keep all effect cooldowns uniform and same
