Exposes Robot core, speeds up and charges up an electric pulse for 10 seconds. Charging up this pulse longer will increase the effective range of the pulse (Values Displayed). Once released, all enemies within range will be hit with a System Shut down effect. This shutdown automatically applies Blind and Emp. Robots affected will also be hit with [NEWSTATUS:INTFC], rendering the opponents abilities useless. This Effect lasts for 5 seconds (mk1)
Explanation of INTFC (stands for interference)
When you get hit with this effect, if you were in the process of an ability, it will be cancelled out. Here is a quick list of examples:
-Ao jun will automatically land and lose stealth
-Ares while in shield ability and/or firing will stop firing and shield will be disabled
-Ochikochi will exit ability, keeping its dot effect but removing its ability resistances and speed
-Scorpion will no longer be able to teleport back to its original position
-Harpy and Siren will automatically land with no reflector
-If Rook is hit whilst in shield replacement, it will not replace its shields
Some special exceptions:
-Fenrir will stay in the current form it is in but will lose its defence/shield temporarily
-Loki will lose its stealth temporarily but will stay in its movement form
-Skyros will not be affected in ball form however in normal form, it will lose its shield
-Bulwark will lose its shield temporarily but will not change into physical shield form
