Super chest won't open... It's been stuck for approx 2 hours now...

The super chest won't open even though I just keep spending my keys to open smaller chests... I've been opening smaller chests for about 2 hours now, and still nothing...

Is this an unfortunate bug, or just me not opening enough chests ?
