4 of any weapon is op but I don't believe that the damage on the tempest is per shot. War robots is weird that way sometimes

The wiki might have the clip damage for tempest at mk3 or whatever level you need. Then just add a NA and you will destroy

And some titan weapons can match its range now just one of the weapons you won't see much because of its loss of being meta

A single Tempest at Mk3 level deals 3.066 damage per bullet, and in accelerated mode it fires 7 of them per second. Providing each Tempest with 20k burst DPS without even counting the modules..... During 10 seconds (214.620 damage per clip)
So yeah, on a Behemoth with 4 of them, with modules like maxed NA, you should reach your targeted goal of slappingness 👌
The only downside is the spread that can get annoying, but Titans have a so large hitbox that it's not really a problem against them... Against Robots, your efficient range is somewhere around 400m
