orkans deal more damage with its larger clip but has short range.
tulumbas has significantly more range and dmg per shot but can only store fewer shots.
now price also matters, orkans costs gold while tulumbas costs silver to buy. and you better spend the gold on something else. upgrade wise they costs the same silver.
