Lynx is basically an upgrade on Orochi. The execute gun is the most obvious upgrade, seeing as how it can instakill a low hp regardless of last stand and defense points. The force field protection also gives it ~350k base hp at mk3

The main drawback for lynx is that it can’t carry multiple ability charges

#

And that execute gun is a manual aim cannon instead of homing DOT missiles
